Mary Rose Museum

Perkins&Will is a global architecture and design practice celebrated for its award-winning work with many of the world’s most recognisable brands and institutions.

I was asked to write a series of architectural project descriptions for the firm’s UK portfolio, with a focus on capturing both the technical ambition and human impact of their designs. This included a historically sensitive exhibition space for the new Mary Rose Museum located in the dockyards of Portsmouth, an area rich in naval heritage and cultural significance.

Collaborating with the project team, I translated architectural detail into clear, engaging copy that honoured the site’s history while highlighting the innovation and intent behind the new design. The result was a narrative that balanced precision and storytelling, helping communicate the project's value to a broad audience.
